Super7 has been teasing their return to San Diego Comic-Con over the past few days, with a few clever videos and image teases. One of the teases centers around a classic animated property from the 1980’s in the form of Jem and the Holograms. The company has already released Jem and Pizzazz figures in their ReAction line of toys, but there is no indication as to what this tease is referring to.

While the ReAction figures do garner a certain amount of attention from fans of the fiver point-of-articulation toys, it seems like this tease might be pointing to something a little bigger. Super7’s Ultimates line of figures offer a seven inch scale with a ton of accessories. This seems like the perfect fit for these rock ‘n’ roll glam girls from the 80’s.

If this is truly what they are planning, I am wondering if there is going to be enough interest in Jem to move these figures. Ultimates figures are generally around the $50.00 mark and are made to order. Could this line support more than one wave? After Jem and her bandmates (maybe one of the villains), is there any point to create more?

I know I for one, would love get that car made in the photo. I myself will not be partaking in the Jem figures, but if an Ultimates scale car was made? Well I would certainly think twice about that, for use with other figures.

All that said, I am just guessing this is a ReAction line, and not just additional figures added to their ReAction line. All will be revealed soon, as San Diego Comic-Con 2022 takes place Thursday July, 21 – Sunday, July 24.

Jem is ready to take the stage, but she”ll have to be careful Pizzazz and the Misfits don’t spoil the good times! 80’s collectibles don’t get much more outrageous than Jem and the Holograms!
