Uncle Todd is not done with us, with one more drop for this week. This time it’s the DC Direct line that’s getting new additions, particularly the 3in Page Punchers; tiny figures with re-issues of some of DC’s most popular comics. It seems that this second wave has made some improvements, with half of the figures getting more detailed sculpts and all of them (apparently) sport a new 360º articulation at the waist, we’ll be able to confirm this once they start shipping.

Take a peek at what we’re getting this time and use the links below to order them from your retailer of choice!

DC Direct – Page Punchers 3in – Joker + Batman #23.1 Comic (Joker #1)

October 2022 – $9,99.-

Amazon | Big Bad Toy Store | Entertainment Earth | GameStop | McFarlane Toys Store | Target | Walmart

This Joker looks like a scaled-down mold from the Rebirth release over the DC Multiverse line, it also looks like the most detailed figure to date on this particular scale. The comic was part of the “Villain month” initiative, rebranded as Joker #1, but it’s actually a continuation of the vol. 2 Batman run, and it was released in September 2013.

DC Direct – Page Punchers 3in – Flashpoint Batman+ Flashpoint #2 Comic

October 2022 – $9,99.-

Amazon | Big Bad Toy Store | Entertainment Earth | GameStop | McFarlane Toys Store | Target | Walmart

One of the most popular releases over DC Multiverse, it’s time to get a mini Thomas Wayne now, accompanied by Flashpoint #2 (released in January 2011) a smart move, rather than giving once more the same comic to those that already bought the Flash PP.

DC Direct – Page Punchers 3in – Green Lantern Hal Jordan + Green Lantern Rebirth #1 Comic

October 2022 – $9,99.-

Amazon | Big Bad Toy Store | Entertainment Earth | GameStop | McFarlane Toys Store | Target | Walmart

Next comes Hal Jordan: the figure looks like a scaled-down version of the DC Multiverse one as well, rather than the actual look that Hal sported in the comic he comes with (same design basics, fewer details). GL Rebirth #1 was published in October 2004, and is not to be confused with the DC Rebirth initiative that came years later, this was the actual revival of the title and character after years of being just the avatar of Justice (The Spectre). This is a special one that everybody should jump into, as it was the cornerstone of what Geoff Johns did later with the whole lore.

DC Direct – Page Punchers 3in – Nightwing + Nightwing: Rebirth #1 Comic (DC Rebirth)

October 2022 – $9,99.-

Amazon | Big Bad Toy Store | Entertainment Earth | GameStop | McFarlane Toys Store | Target | Walmart

This one is indeed part of the “other” DC Rebirth initiative, the comic was published as a one-shot in July 2016. His design is pretty much the same as always, so the figure is pretty much the same in the issue as well as the big boy release from DC Multiverse.
