First look at a brand new Cosmic Legions Reveal for SDCC.
This first reveal for SDCC is a brand new Cosmic Legions figure which has been garnering a lot of excitement!
This figure continues to build upon the momentum that has been building in the Cosmic Legions line. I can see this figure drawing attention from alot of different collectors due to the design and color choices and has also been gathering attention from some in the Warhammer collectors communities due to the design aesthetics and color choices. Which also builds upon the potential of enticing fans in the table top rpg space which coincides with the upcoming release of the Mythic Legions rpg game.
The figure does provide a large array of options and possibilities with multiple head sculpt options and weapons. I have been a big fan of this red color that they have used on other figures in the cosmic line and it does provide some great pearlescent type color and will look fantastic in person. It looks like Four Horsemen are putting some great work into the Cosmic Legions line and it is building alot of momentum moving forward.
Here are the details directly from the studio.
We are excited to reveal this NEW Cosmic Legions figure that will be making his debut at San Diego Comic Con – Saint Demmyan of the Crusader Command!
Saint Demmyan is a deluxe figure that comes with 3 heads – one of which can use 3 different face plates, giving you 5 possible looks with this figure! This release also includes multiple weapons (hammer, shield, sword, pistol, rifle), 2 loin pieces, 2 sets of helmet attachments, 2 sets of hands, back adapter, 2 tubes, backpack, removable dome armor, belt attachments, and a fully wired soft goods cape. Here is his bio:
Of all the groups operating in the 3rd Ring of Cosmerrium, the soldiers of the Crusader Command are arguably the most unpredictable, and most dangerous. Zealots who are unquestioningly devoted to the Aurrian Author Gods and who believe that all conflict is against the natural order of the Universe, these soldiers arm themselves with powerful battle suits in order to destroy any who dare take up arms against another. Their goal is to bring an end all conflicts, and they will ruthlessly annihilate any who get in their way of doing so.
Saint Demmyan is one of the highest-ranking members of the Crusader Command, and he leads a battalion of warriors dubbed the GLORIOUS 20-26. Armed with his powerful Magnetar Hammer, the soldiers of the 20-26 follow Saint Demmyan without hesitation or question and even the forces of the Phaeroxx Protectorate have been known to give the Crusader Command a wide berth and to avoid interfering with the tactical actions of these warmongering pacifists.
We will have a limited number of Saint Demmyan available at the event, with a set amount for each day and purchase limits in place. He will be $60.
While this figure may be debuting at SDCC, he is NOT exclusive to that event! He will be offered at other events after SDCC and we will have stock available to sell online at StoreHorsemen.com later this year.
Saint Demmyan is one of TWO figures that will be making a debut for sale from 4H at SDCC! Stay tuned for details on the second early-release figure and get ready for more Cosmic Legions coming very soon!
